… the Miss France 2022 pageant
For the occasion—and especially for those who missed it—we have edited together a video of all Ludivine Edmond’s appearances as Miss Guadeloupe 2021 wearing the regional costume created for her by Maison CLM!
So many of you have followed us over recent weeks on this adventure filled with emotion and questions!
How do you create a West Indian costume without making the traditional West Indian dress?
How could this costume technically be completed in such a short time?
The hibiscus flowers, key elements of the costume, were slow to arrive… we received them just 5 days before flying to Guadeloupe.
At that point, the costume was not truly finished… But Maison CLM did everything it could with the resources available, and we were all greatly relieved to see your reactions to us!
You have been so kind, and we thank you for it.
Thank you, because the designer experienced a unique adventure.
We would also like to extend our warmest thanks to Ludivine Edmond, who represented our beautiful island with grace and intelligence and never once fell short. Well done, Ludivine!
