We deliver our products via La Poste Colissimo. And Chronopost 24h delivery at the client’s request.

TRACK MY ORDER’S DELIVERY

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your parcel tracking number. This will allow you to track the delivery of your order. If you are absent when a home delivery is attempted, a delivery notice will be left in your letterbox. The carrier will state on this notice whether the parcel has been made available at a post office or whether a second delivery attempt has been scheduled. In the event of an extended absence, the parcel may be returned to us.
