Is your order not right for you? We are sorry to hear it and hope you will find something else to delight you!

If the size or style of the piece does not suit you, you may exchange it.

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving the parcel. If you wish to exchange one or more products, please place a new order and return the original item to us. We will issue a refund or pay any difference due to you as soon as we receive it.

If the piece is not right for you, you have the statutory 14-day withdrawal period in which to receive a refund.

Items must be in their original condition (and original packaging), new and unworn. You are responsible for return shipping costs. To arrange an exchange, send an email to contact@cassandralemaistre.fr with the word “RETURN” in the subject line.

We do not accept returns of made-to-measure items.

Option 1: Are you in Guadeloupe?

You can bring your item directly to our showroom at 36 rue de La Chapelle 97122 Baie-Mahault for an exchange.

Option 2: Standard Return – Colissimo

Send your item to us by Colissimo, with signed acknowledgement of receipt.
